By downloading or using MacTransfer ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install or use the Software.

License grant

MacTransfer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control:

• Free tier: use is unlimited in time but limited in volume (currently 250 MB and 5 transfers per day).
• Pro Annual: unlimited use during the active subscription term. License activates on up to 3 devices.
• Pro Lifetime: unlimited use for the lifetime of the Software. License activates on up to 3 devices.

What you can't do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except as permitted by applicable law).
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software to third parties.
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose, including transferring content you don't have rights to.
• Bypass the license validation, generate fraudulent license keys, or use the Software in a way that circumvents the free-tier limits without paying.

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. If MacTransfer doesn't work for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund in full. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Subscription cancellation (Pro Annual)

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal link in your purchase email or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current term remains active until its end date.

Updates and changes

We may update the Software with bug fixes, security patches, and new features. Some features may be added, modified, or removed over the lifetime of the Software. "Pro Lifetime" entitles you to all future updates of the Software, but does not guarantee any specific feature will continue to exist.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that:

• It will be free of bugs.
• It will work with every Android device or every macOS configuration.
• Transfers will always succeed (network conditions, device permissions, and storage availability are outside our control).
• It will be available indefinitely. We may discontinue the Software with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacTransfer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data arising from use of the Software. Always keep backups of important files. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Privacy

Use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MacTransfer is operated. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the Software after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
